Staff are so lovely and attentive, sometimes an extra coat is needed. Shellac manicure can be a little disappointing because this. Mostly excellent though.

excellent mani and pedi as alway!! nearly my 10th visit. the staff here are so meticulous. The normal polish lasts for ages without chipping, because they are so thorough. they are friendly and welcoming, but not intrusive and dont overload you with small talk which I find way more relaxing ;) they put so much time and effort in. Far superior to "fancier" salons. Congratulations on 1 year!
