I wasn’t offered a glass of water, never mind a tea or coffee. I wasn’t asked if it my first time. In fact, no conversation was made with me at all apart from asking me to choose my nail colour. My nails are lovely but they didn’t do anything to make me feel welcome or to make the experience nice. Certainly didn’t seem to care if I ever went back, so I won’t. There is much better and more welcoming places out there.
