I had my first waxing experience here and was really disappointed. The process felt rushed and quite uncomfortable, and I wasn’t made to feel at ease at any point. As a first-time client, I expected more care and communication. The results were also not great, with some areas missed and wax left on my already sensitive skin after leaving. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, which shouldn’t happen after a beauty treatment. I’m really disappointed because first experiences matter.
