booking service was excellent, fast and efficient, the reminder email is also a great idea, My treatments were carried out in a professional manner and I am very satisfied with my visit and my other visits to the Salon.
Would recommend my Treatwell to my friends .

Avoid this place at all costs! I made a booking online 4-5 days in advance and was phoned by the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the morning of the appointment to tell me 'not to come'. They double booked me, they had taken a booking in their book but never checked their treatwell account. I was told that this was my issue and it wasn't the salons fault!? The workers attitude was so bad and unfortunately for the owner I don't see this salon lasting very long when people like that are working there. Someone forgot to mention to her that she works in the service industry! I wasn't offered an alternative, not even an apology- just to k d not to come for my appointment because she wouldn't be able to look after me. I received this phone call at about 11.00am on Thursday 2nd May

Worst Spray Tan I've ever got. Incompetent and heavy handed. Absolutely pleasant and friendly just not able to tan.
