The girl that I deal with was very friendly! The massage was amazing but my main concern was my blackheads. She tried to do her best but after I go back home I still was sqizzing them out.. I don't would come back for a massage in there!
Very happy with treatment
Not bad but a little bit rushed
I suffered a chemical burn on my foot after a visit to this salon for a pedicure. I have tried to liaise with the salon with regards this but they have not cooperated and instead said that I arrived for my treatment with this already on my foot. This is absurd. I have asked the salon to deal with this issue privately but they have not. Instead I was offered another pedicure. This I declined as I have no interest in further permanently scarring my feet. My skin began to burn when cream was applied and my feet were wrapped in cellophane. I saw a black lesion forming on my foot. I panicked and called for assistance to help remove the plastic and to get my foot in water. Photos taken are available on their review section on Facebook. Be warned, they are not pretty. I have been to the GP on 2 occasions and I am still treating it over 3 weeks since I visited the salon. I have never had an experience like this nor have I ever experienced such a response to my complaint that I have had to post this, but. The product used was not labelled and I requested its information but was told there was none. The pain, swelling and discomfort are not worth it, nor the permanent scarring. A horrendous experience.
Very nice staff, it was my first time and I would definetly reccomend.
