My wife had a horrific experience at this venue. When we arrived they had no record of the booking. At the end they tried to make us pay even though we had paid through Treatwell.”!on advance. The lady spoke very poor English so it was difficult to discuss the matter. The lady doing the massage appeared to have no idea what she was doing, was on her phone for the entire massage and did not wear a face mask. A German radio station was playing in The background.

Eyebrows were over plucked and natural shape is gone now. I wouldn't go to this salon again for eyebrow waxing. Lady was pleasant and did a good job on removing my shellac.
