The lady was nice but had barely any english. The products which were used( brushes ) i think they were the grey and white colour but from dirt they were black. The lady took out the hair from the brush and run under the water 🤢 I asked to shorten my daughter fringe and get her a face framing layers. She cut my daughter fringe straight (she looked like cartoon Dora Explorer ) when I asked about the layers she pointed out on the ear level ?! I said no it’s ok and left with my daughter crying.
