I was waiting for half an hour to be served, despite having an appointment. Then it turned out the conditioning olaplex I booked has not been available for a while. The lady offered hair botox instead, so that was fair enough. She forgot about the fact that I had haircut booked too.

I went for refills,5weeks since I had lashes in first by same lady.. She removed old lashes and added new ones..great attention to detail,very nice lady
