I loved this place. Great value, Affordable prices, amazing service and welcoming staff. I went there to do shellac nails few time and I am planning on coming again. I was so happy - shellac kept on my nails longer than usually. I would definitely recommend this place.

I will never ust this salon again. I arrived on time for the lady to sit me down and start putting highlights in my hair without asking what i even wanted done. It turned out she didnt speak much english. The highlights were ok and she cut my hair into a bob whuch was ok, i did have to trim a few stray hairs when i got home. However the worst was, the lady who did my eyebrows and lashes. I asked for my eyebrows to be tidied up and tinted. I got home to find she had taken a chunk out of the top of my left brow and let me leave the salon without telling me. I decided to gi back and ask fir a refund as i was unhappy that i was going out that night and had lost half of one brow (thank god for makeup). When i got back to the salon, the lady refused to apologise or give my money back, she said when i left the salon i was happy so its my own fault. I stood my ground and tried to reason with the lady and explained that as a professional she shouldn't have let me leave like that and that i deserve my €20 back. She then proceeded to laugh at me as it was only €20 and if i was that hard up i could have it. I took the money out of principal not being hard up but she made me feel awful. Never should anyone pay fir a disgusting service like that.

the salon cancelled my appointment due to double booking. it was last minute before my holiday. they did not seem bothered, even though I was very disappointed and annoyed. I will not be going here again. not recommended

A friendly welcome and truly relaxing experience at SPY. The private treatment room is quiet and cosy with tranquil music. The staff are professional as always.
The products (eve Taylor) are luxurious and my skin always feels amazing after a facial.
Although the salon is located on a busy main Road, the staff make the most of their small space.
Looking forward to my next visit soon.
