The salon rang and cancelled 3 hours before my appointment. They were over booked and couldn't fit me in. They were not even apologetic. It was very disappointing and unprofessional

I was 5 minutes earlier but I had to wait for 35 minutes without any sorry or explanation. However I had time and the cut has been done exactly as I requested it. The hairdresser was not speaking because English was not her language but it was fine with me as I do not like too much talk at the salon. I am happy of my haircut and for the price
