I went to Mike for my first lymphatic massage as I am carrying a lot of stress and high cortisol. I have had other massages over the years but this one really helped me to feel relaxed and I feel less bloated afterwards. I will definitely be back and will include this as part of my wellness plan for 2026. Thank you Mike for really listening to me and helping me on my journey.

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Mike and was very happy with the overall experience. Mike was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. He focused particularly on my neck and shoulders, where I hold a lot of tension, using firm but comfortable pressure. The treatment felt targeted and effective, and I left feeling noticeably looser and more relaxed.
