Mike is a thorough professional with in depth knowledge of his trade. The is the first time I had a combined treatment (deep tissue massage and reflexology), and I must say it was an extremely rewarding experience. I felt so relaxed and wholesome afterwards. I would definitely have a repeat.

This is my 2nd time with Mike.
My neck and shoulder blades were very tight, Mike has done a great job in working out the knots. I'll definitely be back.

This was my second massage with Mike and, once again, it was outstanding. I’d been training hard at the gym and had some lower back pain, but after the session my whole body felt lighter, looser and completely refreshed. The space is clean and comfortable, and Mike is highly professional and genuinely talented at what he does. I left feeling relaxed, energised and restored. Highly recommend.
