I told Caroline that I am Zero-maintenance; no gels, sprays or even hairdryer - just a natural look. I booked in for a Dry-Cut on Mon 15th May. Caroline listened to what I said. My hair was beyond my shoulders and as requested she cut about 4 inches off and put shape back into it. I will return in a few months. Very pleased.
