Caroline was brilliant! I have really dark hair and wanted babylights in a cool brown shade. She was very patient and knowledgeable and made sure that the end result is as close to my reference picture she could get. It turned out perfect in the end and exactly like the reference picture. I would recommend her highly.

Lovely atmosphere, haircut was good, blow dry wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked, but that’s probably due to my hat than the hairdresser
