Great experience with Caroline. Really friendly and chatty. I asked for layers to thin my hair and she reassured me that if I got layers it would thicken my hair. She did a great job on my hair and the lady before me she transformed her waist length hair to a stylish bob. Fair play to Caroline and her team !
