Kate welcomed me to the studio. I've been going to her for years and she knows me well. There was no waiting around to be looked after - she was ready for me and wasted no time at all. I hadn't decided how short I wanted my hair and left it up to her. She gave me an amazing cut that I can easily care for until my next appointment. She is friendly and chatty throughout and gave me a great haircut.
