Very very bad experience. I asked for white highlights with special emphasis on avoiding yellow colors. And I ended up with a horrible chicken yellow color. I told them that it was too yellow and they said "no, is ash color". Also when I got home I realized that they bleached my shirt. I just want to cry😭
