Caroline was extremely helpfull ,and gave me all the advice about my hair ..including colour style and texture ...she gave me an amazing cut ..exactly what i asked her for ..have already booked for next appiintment ..very pleased ..

As usual, professionalism, customer relaxation and wonderful stylists, Kate & Caroline Is always 100%. Both ladies are worth so much to the company - apart from their undoubted talent in hairdressing, they both have wonderful personalities and are so appreciated by customers. Miss World is lucky to have such talented friendly stylists as are the customers.

As always very happy with my haircut. The reason I keep going back to Kate is she listens to what you want, unlike most hair stylists.She is always upbeat and herself and Caroline have a great rapport which creates a great atmosphere in the salon.
