Brilliant as always. Kate has ensured all measures are in place to keep her, her staff and her clients safe (hand sanitiser available, disposable masks available, all staff wearing masks, screens between hairstyling stations, full sanitisation of stations between clients, single use robes, etc). Her skills are fantastic, all staff are lovely, prices are great value and result is ALWAYS fabulous. Thank you Kate xx

The preparations carried out for the reopening was exceptional. Hand sanitizing equipment installed and immediately on entering the shop I was obliged use it. Masks are obligatory and staff members worn PPE. Perspex screens between customers felt very reassuring . Kate was exactly as before i.e. friendly, good humoured.diligent,exceptionally talented and really went out of her way to provide the safest and best experience possible . Really thrilled with my new look cant wait to go back.
