My temperature was taken at the door. My coat and bag and put it in a plastic bag. I had my own mask but there are masks at reception. There was a Perspex screen Between every station. There is also an automatic hand sanitiser, as you enter. Therefore I felt completely safe.
I also felt welcome from both Kate and Caroline. I had a colour wash and blowdry and it was excellent.
