Kate is really interested in her job and takes it very seriously. She is very honest and polite with her customers and has their best interest at heart which is very nice. this is only my second time in Studio 13/with Kate, and I will be coming back regularly !

My temperature was taken at the door. My coat and bag and put it in a plastic bag. I had my own mask but there are masks at reception. There was a Perspex screen Between every station. There is also an automatic hand sanitiser, as you enter. Therefore I felt completely safe.
I also felt welcome from both Kate and Caroline. I had a colour wash and blowdry and it was excellent.
