The preparations carried out for the reopening was exceptional. Hand sanitizing equipment installed and immediately on entering the shop I was obliged use it. Masks are obligatory and staff members worn PPE. Perspex screens between customers felt very reassuring . Kate was exactly as before i.e. friendly, good humoured.diligent,exceptionally talented and really went out of her way to provide the safest and best experience possible . Really thrilled with my new look cant wait to go back.

So nice to be back! Their new Covid protocols have the place really well prepared with barriers, hand sanitizer and masks. I was delighted with my cut (natural curls, which can definitely be hit or miss when it comes to cuts) and the vibe was so lovely. Can't wait to come back for some treatments!
