As always, happy with the cut from Kate. Have no issues with anything in the hair salon but I do think your booking system could work more efficiently. I would recommend that if possible the online booking system should show the consultants schedule so the customer can see what options they have when booking. It’s very time consuming when requesting a booking as you have no idea when the consultant is free.

First time in this hairdresser and I was very happy with the results, really good price compare with the average in Dublin. It’s not a fancy salon but good environment and, most important, good services. So happy with my new look !!

Miss World Harold's X cannot be matched. It surpasses every other saloon I've ever gone into in atmosphere, professionalism, customer service and conversation. It is not surprising that customers come from Blackrock, Dundrum, Rathfarnham etc. Kate and Caroline are truly exceptional. They are also great fun - always a pleasure to go to Miss World, Harold's X.
