The staff were in the middle of getting there own hair treatments when I walked in. They spoke to each other the whole time I was there. The lady who cut my hair did a good job but I felt slightly uncomfortable during the treatment

The venue itself was clean. The wax itself was awful. The woman doing the wax seemed very nice but unfortunately had not enough English to communicate which made matters worse. Not only that but the door was left ajar twice, ruining any semblance of privacy. After over an hour of attempted waxing, I was left with broken skin, bleeding lacerations and a lot of pain. Despite this, I still had an unfinished, poorly performed job.

No record of booking when I arrived. Stylist didn't listen to what I asked for. Started drying my hair before cutting ad had to be told that I booked a cut. Shaved side of head which I didn't want. Rest of hair barely cut. Really disappointing.
