Terrible, I didn't cut my hair for 10 months just so I can have a perfect layered look but unfortunately my hair was dead straight and has no layers whatsoever, I have asked the hairdresser that I could not see any layers and she said they are at the back but I asked all the people I know and they all agreed that it is straight with no layers. I have to go to another salon to get it fixed.. I am absolutely gutted and haven't slept for 2 days.
