I was left waiting 40 minutes before it started then I didn't get the person I booked with she got her trainee to put a cap over my head and pull out my hair very ruff also made more appointments when she clearly doesn't have the time. An elderly woman made a walk in appointment and she tried to over charge her. I won't be back over this it was far better ran with the brizillian man. He was brilliant no fault at all I don't know what happened but please bring him back!

I definitely won't be back. When I arrived the hairdresser I was booked with wasn't here so they had to call someone else. I waited 30mn until she finally arrived... with her boyfriend! She barely looked at me and wasn't dynamic at all, she kept looking through the window, to her boyfriend talking to her, when cutting and blowdrying my hair!! All I asked for was to cut my tips and the haircut wasn't straight at all, it doesn't look good. Blow dry okay though.
