I was booked for 12:45 but there were no available hairdressers when I arrived. The lady who I was talking to was really helpful and she tried her best to give me another time that will suit me. Blowdry was good.

Anna cut me the hair and I finished very happy. She was very friendly all time asking me about my opinion, thats for me the most important in a hair dresser to know what´s the customer looking for. So, finally my hair was exactly as I wanted. I´m sure I will come again. By the other way, about the app "Treatwell" I think they should modify and develop it more.

My blowdry turned out nice but didn’t last as long as it usually would. My main issue was that it was 50 minutes after my appointment time that my hair started being blow dried and left me running very late.
