Having been a hairdresser myself I understand the issues a salon can run into. I arrived for my appointment and salon was extremely busy. I was greeted and told to take a seat. The girls were lovely, explained that the salon was busy and that Irina was unable to do my haircut as she was double booked. She recommended Bruna and I was happy enough. They had run out of hot water so had to wash my hair quickly but Bruna did give me a great wash aside from the water issue. I got exactly the haircut that I asked for and Bruna was very thorough and gave me a really good cut and blow dry.
