i did request Bruna but was given another stylist. I am upset that both my daughters tops were soaked, however it was fixed for one of my girls but its unacceptable. the first time was a better experience, not really child friendly tbh..

I asked for two female stylists to do my daughters' hair when I made the appointment they assigned two male stylists for the blow dries. My daughters, aged 8 and 9, were annoyed. The male stylist who did my 8-year-old's hair was very rough.
