I arrived and they said they tried calling because the therapist had gotten sick. I understand but while my phone may have not gone through due to being a Spanish number they had my email and they could have contacted that way instead or cancelled through Treatwell. I feel that coming all the way from Baldoyle for that should have found a solution or instead been offered a discount for next time as a Gesture of Goodwill. This things happen but there's better soon.
