Booked in for a 15 min slot for hair trim. Was completely ignored for 30 mins, even though the place is tiny and only had one client. 1 stylist decided to wash her hair while I was there. Crap cut. won't be back. Fixed fringe myself when I came home.

I booked in to do a 'peekaboo' platinum blonde and was very nervous as my hair was natural and had no treatments on.
All the ladies are so knowledgeable and kind, I left feeling fabulous and cool.
I did an olaplex treatment too, which left my hair feeling amazing.
My go to hairdressers for 5 years now, and they can do any challenge I present them with!

The first time she did it, it was incredible but this time it was as if I haven't done my hair at all. Its very fizzy and sticky together that I had to immediately wash it
