Great hairdresser and love my colour.
Unfortunately treatwell falsely advertised the price. I prepaid what was offered on the treatwell website and then was mortified when leaving the salon to be told I owed more money and the price I paid online was wrong! Very disappointed with this experience and found this very unprofessional and embarrassing

I’d booked for 10am but the hair stylist didn’t show up for work and I was waiting for about 30 minutes before anyone told me. The stylist who did show up did her best to help me and try fit me in but I was still late for my engagement that morning. I was disappointed that no one got in touch with me to cancel but the lady who did help was great and the blow dry was lovely.
