The manager was very considerate. I told her my requirement for the haircut and she ensured I got a stylist who could take care of it. My stylist was patient and understood my hair and what I wanted and then gave the cut. Very satisfied.

5 hours getting balyage done in the back room of the salon with a hairdresser without a word of English. Booked for a cut also and didn't get this just balyage, wash and blow-dry without any style or cut. Tried emailing with no reply back
