I booked via Treatwell and didn’t realize I needed to book a removal in addition to the service (my mistake). Despite this, I received amazing treatment. Re provided excellent customer service; she noticed that I was using crutches and had a painful, injured knee. She arranged for me to be attended downstairs (normally nails are done on the second floor) and provided a small chair for me to elevate my knee, which was a huge help in preventing swelling. Raquel did an excellent job on my nails.
