Their is one guy I usally book in with but he was busy this time, the lady that did my hair burnt me a lot through out the process, she was slightly rough on my hair and how she handled me, she didn’t do the roots of my hair properly and I wasn’t happy I let the manager know but I still had to pay for a service I was not happy with
