I have been to this salon before for the same hair treatment and loved the results both times , lovely atmosphere and very talented stylist but unfortunately the 2nd time took 5 and a half hours where as it only took 2 hours the first time , due to this I missed several trains home and the rest of my day was effected , i understand every stylist is different but the time situation was not ideal
