I was seen to at my appointed time. I was asked how the previous treatment was Jill was friendly and chatted plenty which took my my off the treatment I was getting done. I was really impressed when Jill suggested checking that I was happy with my waxing and that if I wasn’t that she would rectify it. And of course with it been studio wax I’m always happy with the waxing that I’ve received So I would highly recommend it
