Love my eyebrows! Delighted to find a local salon that provides great service :)

Absolutely shocking. I arrived for my appointment on time and called the door bell. There was no answer so I contined to Wait and rang again, still no answer. As it was lashing rain I got back into my car facing the salon and called the phone number provided to me by treatwell.ie. A lady answered the phone and I advised her I was outside the salon for my appointment the last ten minutes and there was no answer. She asked me what type of appointment to which I replied lashes. The lady then advised me that there was no one in the salon to do this appointment and that treatwell never contacted the salon to advise them of this appointment. This appointment was the evening before my holiday so there was no opportunity to get another appointment elsewhere. Disgraceful service and I will never use the salon or this website again.

My only negative is it would have been nice to have soft music in the room, and a policy of mobile phones being on silent during treatments. Instead I got to hear someone carry on a lengthy work conversation. It was not conducive to relaxation.
