My 13 year old daughter has had an awful experience with Krystal. She was getting her nails done for Easter and had a broken nail and showed Krystal. Her response was “and” ! I’ve witnessed her attitude with people before and her tendency to snigger and make faces about people but when you do it to my daughter I’ll be letting people know about your appalling attitude and lack of customer service or care. Happy to take the €40 but treat my daughter like an inconvenience. I’m livid

There is a busy but friendly atmosphere in Susan's. All the staff seem very invested in the experience for clients.
