Overall terrible experience with Suzy. Got BIAB refill, However she did no cuticle care, did 4 layers of BIAB never asked me what colour I wanted under my French tips and they are uneven and bumpy. She was not able to do French tips and they are all crocked, I asked her multiple times to fix them but she was not able. She left BIAB and nail polish all over my hands.Her colleague beside her tried to tell her what to do for French tip but she didn’t even respond/look at her when she spoke to her.
