I’m still in bits but in a great way. Iryna is brilliant at releasing knots and tension and I came away very much an untangled mess! I’m quite sensitive so she was brilliant at helping me to breathe though the tough bits. They probably weren’t tough , but I’m a wuss. Thanks Iryna
