I had a two-hour deep tissue massage with Iryna and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. She is obviously very knowledgeable about anatomy and massage techniques. In the past I have had deep tissue massages which mostly consisted of Swedish techniques and a lot of light effleurage but Iryna aspect the whole two hours treating deep muscle tension. Muscles that had been tight for as long as I can remember are supple and pliant now. She also gave great advice on posture and alignment.
