Unfortunately, I did not find this treatment particularly effective. The therapist asked me what I wanted to focus on, and I specifically told him that I have very severe pain in my head, neck and shoulders. He seemed rather dismissive but said he would focus 'a bit' on my upper body. However, it honestly didn't feel like he focussed there in particular, or anywhere at all, but rather just went through the motions. The massage was somewhat relaxing but that was all.
