Professional, I can see improvements already in my legs and lower back. I have been given strengthening exercises so it is a combination of these and the deep tissue massage, no quick fix. My feet and lower back were sore and sensitive but after three sessions my lower back and particularly my feet are much less sensitive. Romain has emphasised I need to strengthen my core, hips and glutes. Very happy so far with progress, no miracles but meaningful difference

Olga was highly professional and also very personable. She came across as passionate and serious about her work and clearly has a lot of expertise. She explained everything that she was doing. I felt amazing after the massage and had one of the best nights sleep afterwards.
