I have completed eight of my scheduled ten sessions of Personalised Musculoskeletal Training with Olek. I am finding it of great benefit. Having played tennis over 20 years my body has become unbalanced. Injuries are regular. I attend a gym. However I am not always sure I am doing the correct exercises properly. Olek is clearly extremely knowledgeable which he imparts with ease. Now I can exercise in gym with confidence. Olek is most personable and continues to perfect my exercise technique.
