"I had an amazing massage with Iryna. The atmosphere was relaxing, the pressure was perfect, and I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone needing [stress relief / muscle recovery / relaxation]. I’ll definitely be coming back

From the very first moment Iryna was excellent.
I was made to feel comfortable, she had a full discussion regarding my situation and needs.
The treatment was pinpoint and effective with full communication and awareness of pain level through the entire process.
Although only recent, I am already seeing improvement and sleeping in far less discomfort.
I would wholeheartedly highly recommended Iryna and Symmetry HL and they will be my first phone call if I am in need of massage services again.

I had a two-hour deep tissue massage with Iryna and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. She is obviously very knowledgeable about anatomy and massage techniques. In the past I have had deep tissue massages which mostly consisted of Swedish techniques and a lot of light effleurage but Iryna aspect the whole two hours treating deep muscle tension. Muscles that had been tight for as long as I can remember are supple and pliant now. She also gave great advice on posture and alignment.
