Lubya was really great . She made me feel very at ease and in safe hands from the moment I arrived . The needles hurt more than I expected and she couldn’t have been more understanding and gave me a stress ball to squeeze which helped so much: it was over before I knew it and I immediately made another appointment with her for a repear treatment : the salon was lovely too. I am looking forward to my next visit and am happy with the results and very happy with lubya . V professional kind calming
