The worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life … I paid €45 plus an additional €15 for gel extension manicure and spa pedicure a total waste. The nail polish started chipping after 2 days and the gel extensions are sliding off my nails and they are bending. The pedicure was pitiful my feet were never soaked in water but instead sprayed with water. There’s still a lot of dead skin to remove. I want a total refund please ! I have pictures as proof !

This salon was truly disappointing despite the mostly positive reviews. I turned up 15 minutes early for my appointment but had to wait until 20 minutes after the start time to be seen. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional when I questioned when it would begin, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The facial was okay if a bit harsh but I was shocked to be told it was complete an hour after my original start time (meaning I had paid a full hour but only received 40 mins). Never returning

This was a truly horrible experience. I arrived on time for the appointment and was told that it was going to be starting 15 minutes late by a very rude receptionist. Then on starting the facial, the room was very dirty and the bed had stains. The facial itself was very harsh and I was left with bleeding on my face from the technician scratching a spot with her fingernail instead of using the tools.
