Yana done a great job however while getting my lashes done they had a window cleaner in right outside my treatment room and offered no explanation or apology. The noise of other staff coming into the room constantly looking for things is very odd putting and I can never relax during treatments as a result. I was also annoyed when my brow appointment wasn’t correctly booked by the staff member who took payment the previous time (don’t know her name as she never introduced herself any time I was there). She then acted like she was doing me a favour by having me come back the following day for my treatment with a lovely new member of staff called Colette. The prices are very steep and I booked in for refills on this occasion and had at least 80% of lashes intact but got charged in full yet again. I also had my previous appointment postponed which I didn’t mind as these things happen but again in person no apology or no discount as a gesture for the inconvenience.
