I had the most amazing experience at The Residential Day Spa. I was greeted by Naomi, who made me feel so relaxed and welcome from the moment I set foot in the spa. The eye contour treatment was fantastic, I felt so relaxed and my skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards. I will definitely be returning and making regular appointments after this incredible experience.

Not sure if it’s only because it’s a new place but there was no consultation beforehand. Really lovely premises, they just need to supply a bit more training.

I booked body scrub online at 2.30pm for 4pm and paid for in full. When I arrived the therapist didn't know I had booked the appointment and wasn't ready for me. I eventually seen to 25 minutes after my booking time. Treatment was fine, I expected more and I was finished and out at 5.15pm so not a 60 min treatment as advertosed. The place was stunning but not sure I would return just for the decor.
