I went to the secret room for my first ever waxing, I was a bit nervous but Arancha was fantastic - she is so warm and bubbly and put me completely at ease straight away! I was the last customer of the day, but she took the time (probably far more than my allotted booking !) to make sure that I was comfortable the whole way through and that she got every last hair! I was really very happy with the whole process and will definitely be back, thanks Arancha! :)
