I was looking for a last minute appointment and found this salon nearby on the treatwell website. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was treated like royalty while I was there. Arancha was so lovely and made me feel so relaxed. She told me how I should take care of my nails particularly when regularly getting shellac. I have been in places where they don’t care just want to get you in and out as quick as possible. This wasn’t the case here as Arancha spent about an hour on my nails which She did a brilliant job on. I will definitely be returning here. She really cares about her customers.

I have been at the secret room many times for either massages, pedicure and manicure. I have always been very satisfied with these experiences. Arancha is extremely professional and would go out out of her way to help you and suggest the right treatment for you. The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel comfortable either chatting with Arancha or staying silent. She is not one of these beauticians who would make conversation for the sake of it or to please you. Overall in my opinion is an excellent place where to treat yourself!
